This workshop is designed for anyone who leads teams, team projects, or team meetings and wants to learn more about what it takes to run an effective hybrid meeting, as well as when a different approach might lead to more effective and inclusive collaboration.
Learning outcomes:
- Identify common challenges of hybrid meetings and steps to mitigate them
- Describe the elements of effective hybrid meetings
- Create a plan to shape your next collaborative team project

This will be a participatory session held on Zoom. A link to the Zoom meeting room will be sent to you before the workshop. Please come prepared to share challenges and ideas with other participants. A maximum of 20 participants will be registered. This workshop will not be recorded.
